For more than 5 years I have been involved in a wide range of design activities at Zurich Insurance, creating user-centered interfaces, visually compelling designs, and scalable digital experiences across AI-powered products, CRM platforms, internal tools, and client-facing applications. My work spans mobile apps, responsive websites, and complex platforms used by customers, brokers, and underwriters worldwide.
A key part of my role has been contributing to the Zurich Design System, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
I have worked extensively on internal platforms such as Agent CRM, designing AI-powered features that group users into intelligent segments to enable targeted commercial communications, including upselling and cross-selling strategies. This work supported multiple markets including Austria, Italy, and Malaysia.
Additionally, I contributed to AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, such as platforms that scan and interpret medical documents, automatically extracting and populating key data fields so agents can focus on validation rather than manual input.
I also worked on ZurichOne, a client-facing platform that allows customers to manage and track their claims, improving transparency and overall user experience.
Across all projects, I bring a strong focus on design thinking, innovation, and creating intuitive solutions that simplify complex processes within the insurance domain.
Latest work
Focused on designing AI-powered internal platforms for insurance agents, including CRM experiences with intelligent user segmentation for targeted communications and cross-selling. Also worked on AI-driven document processing tools that scan medical records and auto-fill key data, reducing manual work and improving efficiency. Designed with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and trust in AI interactions.

In my design process, I follow a structured approach to ensure optimal results. I begin with Design Thinking, where I dive deep into understanding the problem at hand, empathizing with users, and ideating creative solutions. Once we have a clear direction, I move on to Information Architecture, where I organize and structure the content and layout for the project.
Next, I create Wireframes that serve as the blueprint for the design, focusing on the overall structure and functionality. From there, we transition to the UI design phase, where I bring the wireframes to life with visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
After UI design, I move on to Prototyping, where I create interactive models to simulate the user experience. These prototypes undergo rigorous testing to identify any usability issues or areas for improvement.
This iterative process allows me to refine and enhance the design continually. We often revisit Design Thinking to ensure we're aligned with user needs and project goals. This cyclical approach ensures that the final product is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly effective and user-centered.
